Another Successful Year for the Michiganensian!
To start, I would like to thank all the alumni who have graciously donated their time and money to help make the Michigan Yearbook what it is today. Specifically, I would like to thank all those who contributed to the new building, which is nothing short of spectacular.
This year proved to be a financially successful year for the Michiganesian. At the beginning of the year, we set a goal of selling 1750 books. At times, reaching this number seemed to be an uphill battle, but the staff worked diligently to reach the goal. In end, the hard work and dedication paid off. Sales soared past 1750 by nearly 100 books.
We hope to keep our success rolling into 2009. To do this, staff members are investigating new ways to increase sales of the Ensian. We are also looking to find new outlets for future revenue. One promising idea is to sell enlarged pictures online, from past yearbooks.
Once again, I would like to thank all of the alumni for your continued support. Have wonderful spring and summer.
